A sum of Twenty Five (P25.00) Pesos shall be collected per examination booklet. [1]
The Official Examination Booklet may be utilized for quizzes and major examinations, to the discretion of the professor.
For efficient distribution of the examination booklets, the beadle or class mayor shall be responsible for collecting the payments and the distribution thereof. Further, the beadle or class mayor shall remit the payments to the LSG Treasurer.
Likewise, the beadle or class mayor shall fill-out the Examination Booklet Transaction Form for ease of monitoring of payments and supplies. Students who individually purchases the examination booklet shall also fill-out the Examination Booklet Transaction Form and pay the fee to the LSG Treasurer.
The Law Student Government Board shall cause the timely procurement and production of the official examination booklets.
