FRESHMEN’S FULL LOAD[1]
First year students shall not be allowed to enroll for less that the regular load during the first semester. Any freshman who drops the entire program for the first semester shall not be allowed to enroll in any course during the second semester.
SEQUENTIAL RULE[2]
The sequence of prescribed courses for the law curriculum shall be strictly followed. No student shall be allowed to enroll in a course with a pre-requisite unless the student has passed the pre-requisite course/s.
A first year student who fails in at least half of the load in the first semester shall no longer be allowed to enroll thereafter in the College.
Enrollment in any course without having passed the necessary pre-requisite course is not valid and shall not be credited regardless of any grade obtained. All subjects from 1st year to 3rd year shall be passed by a student before he/she is allowed to enroll for the 4th year.
