eSCRA

The Law Student Government Board shall be responsible for the registration, renewal, and dissemination of eSCRA accounts to the different sections/classes each semester. A designated member of the Board in cooperation with the Director of ICTO shall be responsible for creating additional Institutional Emails for the additional subscription of eSCRA accounts.

The number of eSCRA subscriptions per class/section shall be based proportionally from the collected fee, and access shall be shared by the students according to the discretion of the class mayor/representative or by the decision of the respective classes.

The validity/duration of individual eSCRA accounts shall be six (6) months from the registration thereof.

For the efficient sharing of access, the class mayor/representative shall be responsible of monitoring the usage of a particular eSCRA account through the eSCRA Usage Tracking Form. All students shall fill-out the form prior to usage and after each session. The eSCRA Usage Tracking Form shall be provided by the Board.

With the nature of each eSCRA account only accessible to one user per session, the student currently using a particular eSCRA account is responsible for logging out the account in order for the other students to successfully use the same.
