Every LSG member shall have the following rights and privileges:[1]
- To be informed fully with all the affairs of the LSG and reasons for policies, programs, projects and actions as maybe adopted by the organization;
- To participate in discussions and debates and to have any dissenting opinion and the reasons thereof be recorded;
- To be properly informed of the records of financial statements and other pertinent documents of the organization, which shall be published at the Bulletin Board of the College.
- To vote on the following matters brought before them:
- Amendments to the provisions of the Constitution and By-Laws of the LSG; and,
- Election of officers through secret balloting, as maybe prescribed by the Honest, Orderly, and Peaceful Elections Commission, hereinafter referred to as the HOPE Commission;
- To avail of the services or assistance as maybe rendered by the organization; and,
- To seek any elective position, subject to the provisions of Article VIII or the guidelines on Student Organizations.
